During the USAID Voucher Plus Activity implemented by ABT Associates, vulnerable mothers who would otherwise have delivered at home safely accessed specialized maternal healthcare through Destiny Clinic. This partnership demonstrated our core organizational truth: when financial and geographic barriers are removed, rural women actively seek skilled care and maternal outcomes drastically improve.

We leverage our vast network of permanent staff and volunteer specialist doctors to execute targeted, pop-up medical camps, bringing gynecology, pediatrics, and screening directly to isolated villages.
Empowering over 150 local VHTs, running adolescent health clubs, and executing deep Social Behavior Change (SBC) dialogues to drive proactive health seeking and nutrition awareness.
Poverty is the ultimate barrier to care. By initiating women-led livelihood projects—like beekeeping and agricultural cooperatives—we ensure mothers have the financial independence to afford transport and prioritize health year-round.
